i really needed this wod today...sitting around and eating for 4 days kinda makes me feel like crap with no energy and totally out of shape!
so i'm glad to be back on schedule today!

20 squats
30 situps
for a total of 60 burpees, 120 squats, and 180 situps!!!

holy crap girlfriend that's awesome!! you freakin rock! burpees and squats are my hardest challenge.
