I did the same wod that Andy is going to do today. Deadlifts.
You do your maximum weight(mine was 135 lbs)-2 reps
wait 60 sec.
2 reps
60 sec.
2 reps
60 sec.
2 reps
60 sec.
2 reps
60 sec.
2 reps....etc. up to 10 rounds
finished in 15 minutes!
Wasn't the hardest wod ever...usually i can't catch my breath, but with this wod, it was just heavy and my hands have lovely callouses from it! so woo hoo!
