Todays wod was pretty good. a simple wod.
3 rounds of:
10 (115 lb.) deadlifts
30 sit ups (real ones this time-using Andy's abmat)
i finished with a time of 11:59 minutes!
The deadlifts were hard...the weight was so heavy for me that it took me a little while to do 10 of them! but i was sporting my other really cute crossfit shirt and felt pretty good!!!

great job! you lift a lot more than a lot of the "seasoned" crossfitters do at our box. your are super strong! and getting stronger-yay! :) i am totally doing this to look good too....it's very empowering to lift weights. sexy too. :)
ReplyDeletethanks! i seriously deadlift more weight than the seasoned crossfitters???? wow..i started at 135 and did like 4 reps and then i had to go down in weight cuz it was too much...115 was still really hard!!!
