ok so today's wod was as follows:
1000m row
300 single jump ropes
100 lunge steps
100 box jumps
50 push ups
whew....my time was 30:15 (something close to that....never the less, it was a looooong wod!)
i need a rest day. but i am so proud of myself for going everyday this week. it feels great to have set a goal and to accomplish it! nest week same goal-the box everyday! and i will really focus on my "diet" next week and see if it will make a difference on the scale. so far really no weight loss, but my pants are getting a bit looser and so i think i am losing inches. i will measure again on monday and do another set of pics.

i love love love my shape ups!....that stinks about the weight loss thing...but ever watched the biggest loser?...those people work their tushies off every day and have a strict strict diet and still, some weeks they don't lose anything...so that means your time is coming!!!! looser jeans is saying something!!!
