Sorry this is late...i actually did this wod yesterday but got too busy to post it. and i didn't do a wod today because my calves were so sore...i'm sure i could've come up with something to do that would'nt include my legs so much, but my list of things to do today overwhelmed me...anyway, i'm definitely doing a wod tomorrow! i don't like how i feel when i miss a day!
So my wod yesterday was:
5 rounds of 3 front squats using maximum weight.
I used 95 pounds...tried to do 105lb. but only did one or two with that and than i had to go back down to 95lbs for the rest of them.
