Today's wod was really good....
5 rounds of:
20 wallballs with a 4 kg ball
50 single jump ropes
i never felt the need to pee during the wallballs but halfway through each set of jump ropes i thought i was going to pee in my pants! all 5 rounds!!! and i even went the bathroom 3 times before my wod just to make sure i wouldn't have this problem...i know i'm not alone with this problem...after bearing children, it is common to have issues with this..especially when sneezing or laughing...sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i think my time was around 9 minutes?.....stinks...i must have cleared my timer on my watch on accident! i hate that....owell
Food Diary:
protein shake
protein bar
navel orange sliced
healthy choice steamer meal
fruit twist
salad and pizza (two slices)
roma
Not too bad...anxious to see if i lost any weight tomorrow!
