...the one when my arms were on fire...

Todays wod was harder than i thought it would be....i've been getting better at my real pushups and so i thought i could do todays wod easy....it was anything but easy...

AMRAP 15 minutes

25 real pushups ( i didn't cheat, not even once)

I was able to do 5 rounds in about 14 minutes and then i stopped because i realized i didn't know where my keys were to my locker...i must have dropped them...i'm still not sure how it happened, but all of a sudden they were gone and someone found them and turned them in to the front desk...so relieved...I was definitely thanking God for that one...sheeesh....

Todays food diary:

protein shake of course

breakfast: 2 overeasy eggs, whole wheat english muffin and whole fresh grapefruit

snack: i think i had a glass of milk or something like that...can't remember...

lunch: leftover enchilada and corn

snack: homemade protein bar

dinner: slow cooked pork loin, shells and cheese (we have a lot of mac and cheese at my house...i'm sure you remember how much Andy loves it? so do the kids...i'm falling in line! LOL)
and roasted asparagus...mmmmm...so good...and a glass of milk.

snack: frozen fruit bar (about 60 calories...you can buy them where you get the lunch sized fruit and jellos and stuff)

  1. really looking forward to seeing a food diary from you each day...it's ok if it's not picture perfect ok! but the important thing is to be honest...during the day when you're tempted to eat something you know you shouldn't, think to yourself "if i eat this, i have to post it for everyone to see"....own it girl!...do you have motivational pics up all over or in your wallet to remind you?...."it's you against second place right?!"...love you!
