....the one that was harder than i thought it would be...

So today was my first day back doing crossfit since my awful bloody shin scraping accident on the 24" box jump...ewe...anyway...i finally felt up to it...it happened on monday!

AMRAP 20 of:

5 jumping pullups
10 decline pushups off the 24" box
15 air squats

I did 13 rounds in 20 minutes! woo hoo! and it was way harder than i thought it would be...probably because i hardly stopped the whole time except to try to catch my breath! it was awesome!

Food Diary:

protein shake

BF: grapefruit and part of a yogurt

snack: protein bar

L: peanut butter and nutella sandwich on whole wheat and glass of chocolat milk (1%)...having serious sugar cravings these days! ugh!

snack: fruit chiller

D: fish tacos (2 of them) and some homemade limeade sweetened with aguave nectar (look it up, it is awesome!)

Roma..yum!

pretty decent day...hope i lost more weight this week...last week i only lost like .6 lbs....boooo!...if i'm giving up sugar, i better see consistent weight loss right!?!? RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!...ok, well i'm not totally giving up sugar if i'm eating nutella or tapioca pudding or protein bars...but i gave up all the "hard stuff"...junk food....sweets....candy...soda...baked goods...cocoa....etc.....
