Todays wod:
always good to do 100 burpess...well i did it again today:
5 rounds for time of:
20 burpees
75 air squats
50 crunches...
15:30 minutes!!! not a bad time at all!
Food Diary:
morning:
protein shake
protein bar
banana
lunch:
pb and jelly and glass of milk
snack:
slim fast snack bar
Dinner:
creamy chicken soup and homemade italian bread
cup of hot roma! yum!
