Todays wod was 5 rounds for time of:
50 meters walking lunges holding 10 lbs. overhead
10 box jumps on 24" box
5 decline pushups
I think i finished in about 15 minutes...my 4th round of box jumps kicked my butt...after doing the lunges my legs are like jello and trying to jump up 24" while your legs feel like jello is dangerous...LOL..about my 5th jump on my 4th round i missed and all my body weight landed with one shin on the box...OUCH!!! it took about 20 or 30 seconds to catch my breath and go on but it was really hard to continue with the pain...thankfully i only had one round left so i finished...my leg will probably take several days to feel better...ouch!!!
Food Diary:
protein shake
1 egg and toast and chocolate milk
protein bar
chicken noodle soup
some doritos, and a fruit leather thing
meat loaf, mashed pot. and gravy and baked buttered carrots
tapioca pudding
Not too bad!
