so today was the "filthy fifty". SO HARD! you can do the exercises in any order except you have to do the burpees and the jump ropes last so that's why i didn't do those last 2.
50 push press (35#)
50 wallballs (6#)
50 kb swings (18#)
50 back extensions
50 lunge steps
50 jumping pull-ups (the hardest thing for me today!)
50 knee to elbows (modified of course..i can barely get my knees up a couple of inches)
50 box jumps
50 burpees
150 single jump ropes (50 double unders is the rx, but i can't do these yet.)
someday (not today....) i will be able to finish this wod in under 40 minutes! that's one of my goals!
so I did all of the exercises except the last 2 (burpees and jump ropes). i was so seriously close to puking and i was shaking so bad i couldn't stand up so my trainer "called it" and told me that i had done enough for the day. it felt really weird to not finish a wod although i did give it my all. the reason i think i didn't do as well is because i missed the first 3 days this week and have been in bed so much....but, like you said (I LOVE btw) tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it so all i can do is just try a little bit harder tomorrow. "try a little harder to be a little better." -pres. hinckley (i believe said this??) :)
so here's my food for today (in my mind i am still "celebrating" my b-day so this week is kinda out the window as far as being healthy..owell!)
breakfast-frosted mini-wheats
snack-yogurt with strawberries
lunch-cafe rio pork salad (YUMMO!)
dinner-tomatoe soup with crackers
dessert-(ok, how about nightly snack..lol!) more yogurt with strawberries
ok, looking back not that bad but the salad is definitely not a "healthy" salad if you know what i mean....it's a loaded, creamy pile of deliciousness! definitely will try to drink more water tomorrow and not eat after 7 or eight at night.
anyways, i really hope i get that "package" from you in the mail....if it is what i think it is i am super excited to get it!! you will know for sure as soon as i get it k!

yes, it was Hinkley who said it! i made a picture for andy's office and it has that quote on it! LOL...so cool...your above food diary is pretty good! seriously!...that filthy fifty above sounds brutal! i've never tried it...holy crap...i think i will give it a try next week sometime!...good job on giving your all on that one...it really does sound like torture! you're awesome! i know andy has done that one before...i might have done a modified version once...anyway, i really hope the package IS what you hope it IS! LOL....it better get there today! love you :)
