breakfast was a protein smoothie with frozen fruit, oj, skim milk and ice...mmmm
forgot to have a mid morning snack... :(
Lunch was a small taco salad and i think i also had some 1% chocolat milk (about 8 oz)
Afternoon snack was a couple cuties (little oranges) and half a slim fast snack bar...i had a bite of Andy's..normally i'd eat one...they are yum!
Also had one of those Nature Valley squares with peanut butter on them..ever seen them in the store?...yum!
Also drank from my water bottle all day...
Dinner was Mac N Cheese, broccoli, roasted chicken breast, 1% milk
And i'm proud to say that i ate til i was satisfied and saved the rest for lunch tomorrow! i love feeling satisfied but not super full...at first i didn't like it and wanted to keep eating...but i
don't get tummy aches any more from being too full and i don't miss the tummy aches...awesome!
(i probably only saved about 1/4 of my dinner for lunch tomorrow...)
I can't really remember what we ate all last week but i think we had tacos for dinner once and lasagna...i only had two tacos that night and on lasagna night i had one portion of lasagna, one piece of garlic bread and a good sized salad with ranch, crutons, tomatos, cucumbers...i usually have a small glass of milk with dinner...(1%) still has flavor, but not super fattening...
lets keep up this food diary!
