Todays wod was a great challenge!
5 rounds of:
10 turkish gettups with each arm (one arm at a time with 12lbs.)
40 tuck jumps
5 jumping pullups
for a time of 31 minutes!!!
way harder than i thought it would be...hence the 31 minutes!!!
it was awesome though! hope you're able to get to the box this week.
Food Diary:
protein shake
half a protein bar
sloppy joe sandwich
slim fast snack bar
cheese stick
apple and almonds
homemade mac and cheese and broccoli
Roma

k 2 things to say....jumping pull-ups are freaking hard!! period. and what the heck is roma and where could i get some to try?? lol :)great wod though sidra....the ones that last more than 20 minutes are killers and really test your mental endurance!

yeah, still can't really walk because of the tuck jumps...they always get me! you can get roma at health food stores...i can send you a little sample so you don't go out and buy a big old bottle in case you don't like it...stand by!
