....the one that kicked my butt...

Ok, here's the wod andy and i did on saturday...

AMRAP 15

6 deadlifts with dumbells (total was 50lbs)
7 burpees
10 kettlebell swings (25lbs)
run 200m

I did 7 rounds. it was really good and hard after not doing much last week.

Today this was my wod from home...

5 rounds of:

50 sit ups
20 back extensions
30 air squats

finished in 18:25 minutes.

can't wait to be off my period!!! this time i felt really weak and yucky...owell, almost over now!

  1. great wod! how do you do back extensions at home? just curious in case i ever want to try....you are awesome for doing it at home today! :) sorry your period sucked....does it seem like yours are getting heavier and more intense as you get older? (does for me....)
