...the one with an audience...

Todays wod was really good....3 rounds for time of:

6 jumping pullups
30 wallballs (about 7 or 8 lbs i think)
12 decline pushups
15 power cleans (40 lbs)

I finished in 16:33


I'm usually mostly alone when i do my wods on a weekday but today there was this guy in there pretty close to where i was doing my workout..felt a little uneasy, but owell!!!

Food Diary:

Protein shake after my wod

Baked Oatmeal
Chamomile tea

slim fast snack bar

1/2 pb and jelly on whole wheat bread

orange

leftover enchiladas and corn

orange

snack sized tapioca pudding-fat free

  1. i went for brunch today with a friend and got the oatmeal and tea around 10am and so that threw my whole eating schedule off for the day...owell...normally that would be my snack time...
