Ok, i should've done more today...the wod was a challenge but i was never dying and totally out of breath, which i've come to expect from my wods...lol...
So it was 5 rounds of:
20 back extensions
5 (50lb.) push jerks
i finished in 8:51 minutes...i feel like i could've added another exercise to the wod as well as maybe use 60 lbs instead of the 50lbs...owell...live and learn...
food diary:
protein shake
breakfast: (i was on the go so this was it today) protein bar
snack: missed my snack today :(
i hate when i get so busy that i forget to eat my snacks...
lunch: pb and jelly on wheat bread with glass of milk
snack: also forgot my afternoon snack...hate that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
dinner: baked chicken, mashed potatos with gravy and green beans with glass of milk
hot cup of roma
this is it today...my goal for tomorrow is to focus on getting 2 healthy snacks in during the day...

so you weren't "dying" but guess what..!? i bet you still burned tons of calories and you are that much stronger....i bet a wod like that wouldn't have been this "easy" for you when you first started though right!? you are doing so awesome! it doesn't have to be painful to actually so some good! :)
