....the first one in days....

so our saturday wod was the first wod i had done since tuesday...so obviously, my period is kicking my butt!!! ick! can't wait to be done with it! anyway, this was our saturday wod:

21-15-9 reps of:

45# sumo deadlift high pulls
45# overhead squats

I think i finished in 6 minutes and some seconds....it was a good one...harder than i thought it would be...i tried not to stop at all and so that made it a challenge!
I'm feeling better now (period wise) and so i plan to do a wod everyday this coming week to get ready for the killer wod we're going to do together on saturday! can't wait! so excited!!!
