Yesterday Andy's boss did a wod with Andy at the gym. It was his first time ever doing a wod...he got 4 rounds of the following wod...and i just had to get more then him so Andy could tease his boss....pretty funny!
So here's the wod-
AMRAP 15 minutes
10 burpees
15 squats
20 sit ups
I did 7 rounds in 14:52 minutes!!!!! so cool! Andy got 9 rounds...so i feel pretty good about what i did...it felt so great to push myself like that...because i had to beat 4 rounds i was able to really push myself past all the pain and exhaustion....it was so cool!!!!
Food Diary
protein shake 8:45am
eggs and toast and milk 10:30ish
banana noon
apple 3pm
lasagna, salad, garlic bread 5:30pm
I tried to eat every 2 hours if i could.....that's suppose to speed up my metabolism a lot....
