...sorry, this is from two days ago...
21 dumbell deadlifts ( two 35 lb. dumbells)
run 300m
18 db dl
run 300m
15 db dl
run 300m
12 db dl
run 300m
hated the running but it kicked my butt, so did the deadlifts!
So my time was 14:20 minutes... so sore the next day from the deadlifts that i didn't do anything yesterday....
