....simple but hard......

Ok. todays wod seemed like it wouldn't be that bad before i began...but doing a lot of real sit ups can be very difficult...here was my wod:

jumping rope
sit ups

50 of each

40 of each

30 of each

20 of each

10 of each

I finished in 9 minutes and 5 seconds! not too shabby! the sit ups were a challenge and i tried to do a few double unders at the end...this time i didn't leave any whipping marks on my arms...must be improving!?

food diary

protein shake

2 eggs and a grapefruit

sugar snap peas

i think i forgot to have lunch because i had a late breakfast...hmmm...not good

granola bar and orange

chicken fajita soup and i added tortilla chips, avacado, and shredded cheese to it...yum!!!

a few bite sized bliss dark chocolates

cup of peppermint chai with soy in it..

i think that's it...
