So i came up with this one on my own...wasn't sure what to do when i got to the gym this morning, but finally settled on this wod.
5 rounds for time:
10 real pushups
15 (15lb.) medicine ball squat cleans
20 real sit ups
i finished in just under 13 minutes! it felt amazing! totally kicked my butt...have you ever done the medicine ball squat cleans?...they are rough!!!!
food diary:
protein shake
sugar snap peas
2 eggs and whole wheat toast
chocolate meal replacement shake (equate brand of slim fast-very good and tastes way better than slim fast!!!) Since i'm not a huge fan of lunch (unless i'm eating out) i usually don't like the sound of a sandwich or other lunch foods....so sometimes a shake like this hits the spot!
apple
jerky, dates, a few almonds
cheese enchiladas and refried beans
a few hot tamales and roma
not too shabby! (oh, i just remembered i had 3 hershey kisses and a piece of ghiradelli chocolate)

yummo-your food diary looks great! i happen to love slim fast too....i will have to try the equate brand. :) i actually did go to the box on mon and tues of this week and then zac got sick. but i have made arrangements for him to go to my sis-in-laws in the morning and i did my own mini wod at home on thurs. so actually i only missed one day this week....i just haven't had time (made time?!) to blog. sorry-i will catch up tomorrow! thanks for the blog change-it looks so cute! luv ya
