...the one with a ton of lunges!!...

Todays wod i did with Andy...i always push myself harder when he's with me...he did what i did plus wore a 20lb vest plus added pull ups in there....

I did:
50m of lunges
25 air squats
50m of lunges
25 air squats
50m of lunges
25 air squats
50m of lunges
25 air squats

i was dying!!! really really hard..i probably won't be walking tomorrow...or sitting...or stairs...wow i might not be doing anything tomorrow! LOL

oh yeah! i finished in just over 15 minutes!

food diary:

protein shake

2 eggs and glass of lowfat milk

turkey sandwich and half a naked drink

chocolate smoothie with protein added

homemade deep dish pizza

small orange julius

  1. ok that wod would have done me in! 2 of my least favorite movements....lunges KILL my knees and combine that with squats, i definitely would have been seriously limping the next few days! good job! :) feel the burn....toning those legs! yay! :)
