the one with lots of pushups

So todays wod was a hard one. took me just under 28 minutes to complete....harder than i thought it would be!

10 (yes i said 10!!!!) rounds of:

75# deadlifts 15 reps
pushups (real ones) 15 reps

i did 150 real pushups!!! woo hoo!!!

food diary:

protein shake

bowl of cereal

meal replacement shake

apple

cheesy ham scalloped potatoes and peas

roma

pretty good!
