Todays wod was called "cindy" i think. but instead of doing real pull ups, i had to do jumping pull ups.
AMRAP 20
5 jumping pull ups
10 real push ups
15 air squats
I was able to do 14 rounds...though i felt like i should have done at least 15. i felt so stinkin weak during the wod...i don't know what is going on with me, but lately i am dragging when i'm doing my wods! don't like it! it better just be pms....
food diary:
protein shake
2 eggs and milk
dates and almonds
pork chops, stuffing, and peas
frozen lemon cream sandwhiches-2 of them (so yum! you have to try these-i have a recipe)
herbal tea (peppermint chai)
omigosh i can't believe how awesome you are!! we did a sort of cindy on steroids last week one day. we did 9 rounds of cindy with a clean and jerk before each round going from 1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1..etc. does that make sense!? it was a killer! you are doing so good sidra! please don't be so hard on yourself. don't ever compare yourself to other people's times or abilites. you are only competing against yourself! think of how far you have come and how much stronger you are today than you were 6 months ago....:)
