....the one that kicked my butt before i even started!...

today's wod-

5ounds of:

50m lunges (holding a 20lb. bar overhead)
21 burpees

I finished in just under 20 minutes....this wod was super hard for me mentally as well as physically...i was feeling tired and defeated before i even started...it was awful! i pray i don't feel like that again anytime soon!

Food Diary:

protein shake

2 eggs and baked oatmeal with milk

meal replacement shake

orange slices

stew and homemade bread

bowl of fruit loops with milk
