So today i did a wod that was scary to me cuz i struggle with wall balls...since my arms are so weak...anyway, i used a 9 lb. medicine ball and did 150 wall balls for time. It was way hard and i finished in 11:45 minutes. i usually use the 6 lb. medicine ball whenever i have to do wall balls in my wods, but since that was all i was doing today i thought i would try the 9lb. one and i kept the 6lb. ball close by incase i had to scale down...but i stuck with the 9lb.s the whole time and it felt great after wards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Food Diary for today:
protein shake
protein bar
couple oranges
a few ritz crackers with one wedge of laughing cow cheese
Chinese Sundaes for dinner with some cornbread
chocolate cake and milk for dessert
i don't think i ate after 7pm tonight....i'm really trying to stick to that...it helps if i eat dinner around 5:30 or 6 cuz then i don't really feel as hungry after 7pm.
