OK-so I seriously had the "Monday morning blues" when I rolled out of bed this morning....I literally had to force myself to go to the box, but I am so glad I did! Even though I felt totally exhausted before, during and after, I was proud of myself for pushing through and just doing it.
OK-today's wod:
AMRAP in 10 minutes
25 air squats
Run 200M
(I did 3 full rounds), then (luckily) we rested for exactly 5 minutes then:
21-15-9
Burpees
100 singles
My time was 10:59! Not too bad! My squats were so hard today. Really felt lethargic and like I was in a fog. I took Nyquil a few times over the weekend and I think it was still in my body. I am going to bed early tonight and hopefully will feel refreshed in the am!
I'll post my food tomorrow....I am starting Paleo tomorrow so wish me luck! :)

yay! so glad to see you on the blog! sorry you haven't been feeling well..it is so much harder to do a wod when you feel like crap...i commend you for making yourself go...i know what an internal struggle that must have been. good job girl! happy vday to you too! love you!
