Todays wod was the hardest one i've done in a while!....
AMRAP 20
5 chinese pushups
10 knee pullups (while hanging from the pull up bar i bring up both knees as high as i can)
15 medicine ball cleans with a 12lb ball
i did 8 rounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i really had to push myself the last round....i wanted to get that last round done before i went over 20 minutes...had to dig deep to do it...the ball cleans were brutal...already feeling sore today...hope i can walk tomorrow! LOL
Food Diary:
protein shake
2 eggs, toast, grapefruit
leftover mashed potatoes and chicken with gravy for lunch...small portion
orange
pasta with chicken, side salad, roll, cake...(dinner at ALS graduation tonight)
Did alright i guess...feel great after completing today's wod...yay!

i'm gonna have to look up those chinese pushups....sound hard! have you ever done man-maker pushups? i haven't yet but they look killer too! thanks for all your posts even though i have been a total slacker. my goal is to be at 200 lbs by zada's baptism. :) that's about 7-8 pounds....i know i can do it!
